Who says the era of good, functional interior design ended with the Eames Lounge Chair? Bauwssen is France’s answer to cheap, aesthetically-dead mass-produced furniture. This young and dynamic studio promises luxurious yet functional hand-crafted furniture that meets the needs of the modern home.

Until we get our own hands on one of their coffee tables, we figured that the best way to replicate the experience that comes with owning one of these artisanally-crafted pieces of furniture was to reflect it in our website design. The idea was for the site visitor to experience the look and feel of owning one of these pieces in this collection before they even purchase the items. Taking the client's input to heart, we even introduced a unique scrolling feature which goes sideways, rather than vertically.
